Being grateful is a wonderful way to create positivity in your life.  We all have countless things to be thankful for.   Some are large, some are small, some have been a part of our lives for a long time and still others are created every day.   When you take the time to consciously think about them you celebrate the abundance in your life.  You also create even more abundance.  It is a virtuous cycle.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

I have committed to making time each and every morning to recognize the goodness in my life.   I have made it a part of my Miracle Morning Routine.  My state of mind improves as I think about the things I am grateful for.  When I stop to think about  it I realize there are so many things that happen each day that I am grateful for.  It also reminds me to consciously create more of those situations.    Remember that gratitude can be practiced  at any time and anywhere.  Take a pause and remind yourself to be grateful. I also share my practice of gratitude with people.  I believe that putting that positive energy into the world creates more goodness.
It is important to tell people that you are grateful for them.  It makes you feel better and it makes the recipient of your words and thoughts feel loved and appreciated.   Think of how good it feels when you know that someone you care about thinks of you that way.  It feels wonderful and it makes you want to pay those feelings forward.  Those are the types of actions that will allow you to create joy, positivity and abundance in your life and the lives of those that you come into contact with.
